1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
3 well-beaten eggs
20 ounce can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted)
5 slices bread, cubed
Mix sugar and flour.
Add eggs and pineapple with the juices.
Pour into well-greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Melt butter and toss with bread cubes.
Sprinkle bread cubes over top of mixture.
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
