1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
15 ounce can creamed courn
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
8.5 ounce box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Beat all the wet ingredients and sugar together.
Add the mix.
Stir until moistened.
Pour into a greased 8 inch by 8 inch pan.
Bake at 375º for 30 to 40 minutes.
