1 2-3 pound round steak cut into serving size pieces
2 teaspoons oil
1 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 3-ounce package dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups water
4-5 medium potatoes, peeled
flour, for dredging
Dredge the meat in flour.
Add the oil to the pressure cooker and brown the meat.
Mix together the mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, and water, and pour over the browned meat.
Place the potatoes on top of the meat.
Cover and cook at 15-lbs of pressure for 20 minutes.
Let pressure come down of its own accord, as this is carry-over cooking time.
Makes 4 servings.
