It's a deconstructed crab rangoon
1 package cream cheese, softened (I'd used the low fat one)
4 ounces fresh crabmeat
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, each black and white
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
squeeze of lemon juice
Wonton skins or eggroll wrappers, cut into chips size
While dip is in the oven, fry up your wonton chips.
Remove dip from oven and serve with a small butter knife and the wonton chips...You can put out some chopped scallions or chives for garnish.
