one pie crust
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 -3 medium tart apples peeled cored and sliced
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup prepared caramel apple dip
combine sugar, cinnamon, and lemon.
add apples and pecans toss to coat.
Place pie crust on large baking sheet.
spread caramel apple dip over crust leaving 2" margin.
place apple mixture on top .
fold crust 2" up and over apple mixture folding as needed.
Bake 20 minutes
