Peanut Butter Pie
I posted this on TSR many years ago and on CNC - not sure which board this post came from, but it was February 23, 2000! The recipe came from my friend, Marti. Years ago Jen (in CA ) at the time loved it. It is always a big hit.
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
9 ounces Cool Whip
chocolate or graham cracker shell (or pie crust, if you prefer)
Blend first 5 ingredients and put into pie shell.
Grate frozen Hershey bar on top.
