2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
sliced onion(for DH)
Brown roast in Dutch oven over medium heat until brown on both sides.
Lower heat to a slow simmer.
Sprinkle meat with remaining ingredients.
Top with onion slices.
Sometimes I add a couple tbs water to start.
Usually enough juice comes out eventually to keep from burning.
Cook 2-3 hours very slowly until tender.
