1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 package ( 14 ounce) Gold'n Plump Extra Tender Boneless skinless chicken breast pieces, cooked and shredded
1 can ( 28 ounce) diced tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
1 package ( 10 ounces) Green Giant cream style corn, prepared as directed on package
3/4 cup Wee Willy's Chunky salsa
3 cups cooked wild rice
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
In a large saucepan, saute onion, green pepper and zucchini in oil; add garlic powder and cumin.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
