2 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups chopped baby spinach
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 cup chopped grapes
1/2 cup chopped Mandarin oranges
chopped Almonds [didnít use]
Shredded Cheese [forgot to use!]
Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette [used Kraft brand]
I chopped the fruits into pieces that were about 1/2 - 1 inch.
You can use whatever fruit you want, it depends on the time of year as to what fruit you can get.
They say blueberries are good.
Be sure not to put the vinaigrette on until ready to serve.
Serves 3 to 4 people
