2 cups self-raising flour
1 cup sugar (I used raw sugar)
1 egg, beaten
3 apples, peeled and diced (any apples you have will do)
4 ounces (125 GM) melted butter.
Place the ingredients in a large bowl.
Thoroughly mix all together with your hands until well combined.
Place into a 9 x 13 flat tray which is lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle top with a little cinnamon and some sugar.
I heated over to 180C or 360 F and baked for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
