1 cup soft brown sugar
80 grams butter
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg, whisked
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup mini choc bits
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Grease and line a 23 cm x 15 cm slice pan.
Place the brown sugar, butter and flour into a processor and blend until crumbly.
Place 1 cup of the mixture in the pan and press down firmly.
Add the cinnamon and baking powder to the remaining mixture and mix well.
Add the egg and sour cream and stir in the choc bits until just combined.
Pour over the base and smooth gently.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool in the pan.
Cut into squares when cold.
