Yup, it's about that good -- but, I'd rather EAT it! I've also seen any of the following added to variations of this salad: apples, mandarin oranges, walnuts, marshmallows. (I add mandarin oranges to my vegan version). -LuAnn
1 bag cranberries, ground up
1 cup sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 cups grapes (preferably red seedless), cut in half
Mix cranberries, sugar, pineapple, and grapes together.
Let sit for one day in the refrigerator.
Drain off any excess liquid.
Add cool whip when ready to serve.
