Makes 1 (13x9-inch) pan
1 cup margarine
1 cup natural peanut butter
2 cups very finely ground graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 (12-ounce) bag milk chocolate chips (or mix of milk and semi-sweet)
In a medium saucepan, combine the margarine and peanut butter; stir over medium heat until the margarine is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar and salt.
Press into an even layer in a 13x9-inch pan.
Melt the chocolate chips.
Spread evenly over the peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
