2 pounds sirloin tips
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup catsup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch oven.
Add meat and brown on all sides over medium heat.
Mix together remaining ingredients, and add to meat.
Cover and simmer over low heat until meat is tender, about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
May add 1/4 cup water if necessary.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
