1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
6 ounces egg noodles
Crumble ground beef and cook in skillet, stirring occasionally until done.
While beef is cooking, cook noodles in boiling water according to package directions.
Combine all ingredients in skillet with meat.
Heat on low and stir occasionally until cheese is melted and dish is heated throughout.
Also, because things happen with starches in leftovers, I usually put the cooked noodles on each individual plate and serve the meat mixture on top of the noodles rather than mixing them into the meat mixture.
