8 ounces cream cheese, very well-softened
1 1/2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 Cup Parmesan cheese
1 Cup pasta sauce, heaping
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Using a spatula, evenly spread the cream cheese in the bottom of a glass pie dish.
Evenly sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella over cream cheese.
Evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan.
Spread the pasta sauce with a spatula evenly over the cheese.
Now add remainder of cheeses.
Sprinkle pepperoni over top and add Italian seasoning if desired. I like to use the mini pepperoni. And I also have just heated this in microwave instead of putting in the oven.
If using oven bake for about 25 minutes. Dip into it with sturdy breadsticks or veggie dippers.
