2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
salt & pepper
milk or beef broth
8-10 slices toasted bread
Brown the ground beef lightly and add the minced onion.
Cook until the onion clarifies.
Stir in a few spoonfuls of flour and season with salt and pepper.
As the flour starts to brown, add the liquid bit by bit.
Stir the mixture as it thickens.
Serve warm over toast.
