1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped pecans
4 semi-sweet Ghirardelli Chocolate Bars
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup whipping cream
6 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and pecans.
Press into pie pan.
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Mix in orange extract and whipping cream.
Beat eggs, flour, sugar and cinnamon for about 8-10 minutes.
When fluffy, add a little egg mixture to the chocolate mixture, and then mix chocolate mixture in egg mixture.
Pour into pie pan.
Bake at 325°F for 40 minutes.
The center will still be soft.
Chill for at least 4 hours.
Top with chocolate whipped cream and candied pecans or candied orange peel.
