1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 cups red kidney beans
2 cup celery, chopped
1 can salt-free chopped tomatoes, (small)
1 1/2 Tablespoons chili powder OR
1/2 cup Salsa
1 teaspoon sugar
Optional: sour cream, cheddar cheese
Brown ground turkey with the chopped onion.
Drain and rinse the kidney beans and add to pan.
Add the celery, tomatoes, chili powder and sugar.
Add enough water to make it juicy.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Dollop with sour cream or cheddar cheese if desired.
