Favorite Recipes from Camp Kingswood
These were fairly easy to make and very good. We had them for dessert at camp last Saturday and I made them on Friday night.
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
2 large eggs
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 cup white sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 bag mini-marshmallows (we used 10 oz. bags)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 cups Rice Krispies
Combine all base ingredients except the mini-marshmallows and mix well.
Spread in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350º F for 15 minutes. (I believe the pan was sprayed with Pam.)
Remove from oven and spread with marshmallows.
Return to oven for 3 minutes.
Cool and prepare topping.
For topping, melt chips and peanut butter together, then stir in Rice Krispies.
Spread topping over marshmallows.

The bottom crust was rather like a thin cake. It cut nicely and came out of the pan just great.
