My 7-layer cookie recipe is a bit different..
same ingredients but different quanities.
I've have this recipe for a minimum of 35 years.....
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 ounces chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
6 ounces butterscotch chips
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Put ingredients in glass pan in above order.
Bake at 350º F for 30-40min.
When COMPLETELY cool, cut into small squares.
I then put them into muffin paper cups to serve.
Pretty on the plate and easier to clean up!
