Chicken Pot Pie w/ Cheese
This one was posted over at TOH, by RedLisa. She said it was the "simplest pot pie recipe I have and tastes great!" (Edited slightly by LuAnn, no ingredients changed).
cooked chicken breasts(from deli or homecooked), cut into bite sized pieces
1 bag (no size specified) frozen mixed veggies
1 large can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
pepper, to taste
Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts for double-crust pie
Mix up the filling and spoon it into the pie crust and top with the other.
Cut holes in top crust.
Bake until done.
Yield: 1 9-inch double-crust pot pie
