1 acorn squash
Micro-preheat whole squash 1 minute.
Cut in half, remove seeds and membranes.
Microwave on high, flesh side down in a 1/4 cup of water for approx 8-10 minutes or until tender.
Turn over when fork tender. Drizzle with brown sugar, butter, honey or maple syrup.
Serve each half as an individual serving.
