No-Bake Granola/Flax Treats
Too bad the name 'smores' was already taken when this great bar was 'invented'.
1/4 cup butter
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup cinnamon graham crackers, about 8 crushed
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup ground flax seed
Melt butter in large saucepan, over low heat.
Add marshmellows; stir continuously until melted and mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes.
Stir in oats, graham crumbs, cranberries, sunflower seeds and flax seed until thoroughly coated.
Press into greased 8 x 8" glass baking dish with greased fingers.
Cut into bars.
