Makes 8 Servings
2 (16-ounce) bags frozen green beans *
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons coarse-grain mustard
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
salt and ground pepper to taste
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Line 2 baking sheets with foil.
Place green beans in bowl.
Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
Divide beans between baking sheets.
Bake 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 - 10, minutes until beans are tender and browned.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together mustard, honey, and soy sauce.
When beans are cooked, divide honey mixture between 2 baking sheets of beans and toss to coat.
Return coated beans to oven for an additional 4 minutes.
Remove from oven and season with salt and pepper before serving.
