Nellie's Orange Marmalade
Simple? You bet! Good? I ain't talking while the flavor lasts!
sugar (equal to amount of fruit)
Peel one orange, wash and dry the other.
Cut into sections and run through an electric chopper, blender or food processor.
Do not puree.
Measure the oranges, add the same amount of sugar and boil for 8 to 9 minutes.
Put in jelly jars.
Keep in refrigerator.
