Bacon Cheddar Dip
16 ounces sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1 medium green onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup diced red pepper
Mix all ingredients together, cover and refigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors blend.
Serve with Wheat Thins or other assorted crackers.
