2 cans Swanson's white chunk meat, drained (OR 4 cooked chicken breast halves)
1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes, halved
2/3 cup chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Combine chicken, grapes, celery, water chestnuts and almonds in a large salad bowl.
Mix mayonnaise, curry powder and soy sauce.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture in salad bowl and toss to coat.
