1 beef roast, any kind, sized to fit your slow cooker
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 package brown gravy mix
1 package Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup warm water
Place the roast in slow cooker.
In a bowl combine the envelopes of mixes together and sprinkle on top of the roast.
Pour approximately 1/2 cup of warm water in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.
You can serve the gravy on top of mashed potatoes.
(I found the juices to be too thin for a gravy, and a bit more salty than what I wanted to use for a gravy base....but the meat is "to die for"!!!!)
