TATER TOT CASSEROLE
This is from DS David's Cookbook. He found it on Chyrel's board but didn't note the source.
1 pound ground beef -- or turkey
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 can mixed vegetables -- or corn
1 can cream soup -- celery, sw chipotle, etc.
10 to 16 ounces frozen tater tots -- or frozen hash browns
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Spread meat in bottom of 8x8 inch baking pan.
Sprinkle onion over meat.
Spread the vegetables over the onion.
Spread soup over the vegetables.
Top with potatoes.
Bake for 1 hour.
