Arance al Marsala
Ingredients:

6 medium oranges
1 cup marsala
3 Tablespoons honey
6 Amaretti cookies, crushed

Instructions:

Open oranges from the top, leave joined at the bottom so they look like flowers.
Heat marsala, add honey and bring to a boil, blending well.
Pour over oranges and sprinkle with crushed cookes.
Garnish with fresh mint.
