4 ounces vermicelli, cooked, drained & mixed with 1 Tablespoon oil
8 ounces cooked pork, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 2 cups)
In a cup, mix:
1 teaspoon sherry
3 Tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
In a small plate, mix:
1 medium scallion, minced
1/2" slice of fresh ginger, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat wok with 1 Tablespoon oil.
Add plate contents and stir-fry for about 15 seconds.
Add vermicelli and brown for about 5 minutes.
Add meat and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the cup of liquid ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 2 (more) scallions which have been cut into 1" pieces and stir-fry for a minute.
