7 ounce can salmon, red or pink
2 3-ounce packages cream cheese
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 teaspoons grated onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
Drain and flake salmon after removing bones and skin.
Combine remaining ingredients thoroughly.
Stir in flaked salmon.
Form into a ball, chill , and serve with crackers or use it as a spread.
