Vegetable Tempura Dip
This is one of several recipes from a friend who was stationed in Korea in the 70's. It was given to her by her maid.
6 Tablespoons soy sauce
6 Tablespoons vinegar (rice is best)
2 Tablespoons sugar
Combine all ingredients and pour into shallow bowls.
Dip fried vegetables in to mixture before eating.
