Biscuit Baking Mix
3 cups of flour
1/2 cup dry buttermilk
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons baking powder
1/4 cup Country Crock Plus Yogurt Margarine(any diet margarine will do)
Add everything to a food processor and pulse well to blend.
Store in an air tight container, preferably in the fridge.
I use this in place of the Bisquick baking mix because itís lower calorie, fat, carbs and sugar!
