Biscuit Mix - Whole Grain Biscuit

Whole Grain Biscuit Baking Mix
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oat flour
1 cup wheat gluten
3/4 cup dry buttermilk
2 Tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
5 Tablespoons Promise Fat Free Spread (or other diet margarine)
Instructions:
Mix everything up in a food processor until well blended.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
Makes 4 cups of mix.

Serving size 1/4 cup = 90 calories and 8.5g protein
