Fish Stick Biscuit Sliders
The kids enjoyed the Chicken Nugget Sliders so much the other day I decided to make more. I was short of the chicken so I did up some Fish Sticks. They went over equally well. The four kids devoured all the sliders in the picture for lunch in just a couple of minutes!
1 package refrigerated biscuits
10 fish sticks
1000 Island Dressing or Tartar Sauce
Bake the biscuits according to the package directions.
Remove the biscuits from the oven and bake the fish sticks according to their package directions.
While the fish is cooking, split the biscuits, dress with 1000 Island Dressing and add in a healthy pinch of shredded lettuce.
When the fish is cooked, cut the fish stick in half on a sharp diagonal.
Put the two short sides side by side and place on the biscuit.
When the biscuit is closed the fish stick should stick out slightly like: <
Created by oz. The question is, "Should you eat the fish 'tail' first, or last?"
