Grapes are high in vitamin C and potassium. The skins contain resveratrol, the healthy substance found in red wine.
2 cups seedless, red grapes
1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
1 to 2 Tablespoons sugar
Combine grapes, yogurt, milk and sugar in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
