Espresso Sugar-Cream Pie
Best I've ever made or eaten. The Chocolate Ready-Whip tops it perfectly!
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup brown sugar, packed
4 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon instant espresso powder -- or instant coffee crystals
Chocolate Ready-Whip (optional)
Butter inside of unbaked pie shell with melted butter.
Mix above ingredients and pour into shell.
Bake at 350º F for 50 minutes.
When completely cool, rim generously the edge of the pie with Chocolate Ready-Whip, if using.
z. I've been craving something different for a couple of weeks...Well, now I've made it! Twice!! I wouldn't have it without the Chocolate Ready-Whip though.
