Cinnamon Raisin Loaf

Cinnamon slices in a loaf.
Ingredients:
dough made in ABM on dough cycle (or purchased dough)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
butter or margarine
cinnamon/sugar mixture
Instructions:

Using dough cycle of ABM use your favorite bread recipe (or sweet bread dough), add the 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
At the beep add 1/2 cup or more raisins and nuts if desired.
When the dough cycle is done, take dough out, knead a few times to deflate, let rest under a overturned bowl or ? for about 10 minutes.
Grease a loaf pan.
Shape dough into a loaf, slice dough (about 1/2 inch slices as you go), dipping cut side in melted butter, then in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Place un-dipped side against pan (coated side inward), do each slice like that, ending with the last piece (just put in the pan “plain”).
Let rise until double or about double.
Bake in oven (around 350° F to 375° F - whatever temperature you normally bake in the oven).
Let cool enough to slice.
(Can drizzle Icing on top if desired.)
