Breadmachine Dinner Rolls
Rolls made using dough setting from a Betty Crocker site.
1 cup water, room temperature
2 Tablespoons butter, softened
1 large egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/4 cup bread flour
3 teaspoons yeast
Put in breadmachine pan/bucket and push dough setting.
(about 1 1/2 hours for my machine)
Take out of pan after dough cycle is finished and knead air out, place under overturned bowl or ? and let rest about 10 minutes to help dough relax.
Makes 12 to 15 rolls depending on size you make.
Rise about 30 minutes.
Bake at 375° F about 12-15 minutes.

These are so easy. You can make rolls and put them in the pan and and cover tightly with foil. Stick in refrigerator overnight (or if you want to delay the rising until baking - same day)and set out to finish rising (they will rise some in the refrigerator). This is the recipe that I usually use to make The Cinnamon Slice Loaf or any favorite plain loaf.
