3 Cheese Turkey and Noodles
Here's a quick, easy and tasty meal.
* 1 12 ounce bag Reames Homestyle frozen Egg Noodles
16 ounce bag of frozen vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflour and carrots)
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cheddar and jack cheese blend
2 cups cooked and diced turkey
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook Reames Homestyle frozen Egg Noodles according to package directions for 15 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables and continue cooking 5 minutes or until noodles and vegetables are desired tenderness.
Drain well; set aside.
Add soup, milk, water, pepper and cheddar cheese blend to pan.
Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until cheese is melted.
Stir in cooked turkey, noodles and vegetables.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over noodle mixture before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings

Notes: I used a 16 ounce bag of the noodles and served this over Grands Buttermilk Biscuits. DH and I really liked it. I will be putting this in our family cookbook. EnJoy!
