Spinach and Strawberry Salad
This just plain looked good! Serves 4.
1/2 cup sugar (or Splenda)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
1 (6-ounce) package baby spinach leaves
1 pint strawberries, halved (or quartered) lengthwise
In a small bowl, whisk together the first 6 ingredients.
Toss the dressing in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients.
