Lort's Mom's Peach (Custard) Pie
1 pie crust (9 inch)
4 cups peaches, whole, peeled and sliced
2 large eggs
2 heaping Tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
2 heaping Tablespoons butter
Peel and slice peaches and fill pie crust.
Slightly beat eggs and add flour, sugar and butter.
Pour mixture over peaches.
Bake 10 minutes at 400ºF, then...
Turn oven down to 350ºF and continue to bake for 40 min, or until peaches are tender and crust is browned.
