potatoes (1 potato per person unless potatoes are large then use your own judgment)

Wash and quarter lengthwise the potatoes (or 6 wedges, depending on how large the potatoes are).
In a plastic zip lock bag, place the potato wedges, and sprinkle on seasoned salt, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and some olive oil (I added all the ingredients and mixed up and then added the potato wedges).
Shake in bag to coat all the wedges.
Place them on a sprayed or lightly greased baking sheet with sides with the skin side on pan surface.
Bake in a 400°F oven until done and golden brown in color, approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour.
If baking other parts of meal in oven these can be baked at a lower temperature, but would take longer to reach doneness.
