32 ounces frozen hash browns
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of potato soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces sour cream
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, onion, soups, sour cream and salt together.
Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Top with crackers and pour butter over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 350º F for one hour.
Makes 18 servings.
