14 ounces large mushrooms
14 Tablespoons brushetta
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
Fill each mushroom with brushetta and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
Top the brushetta with fresh mozzarella (I used fresh mozzarella pearls).
Place in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through.
Allow the cheese to cool a bit before removing from the sheet.
