1 Tablespoon chopped onion (I use much more, 1/2 small onion)
1 small clove garlic
2 Tablespoons low-calorie Italian dressing
3 cups fresh cauliflowerettes
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried and crushed basil
Cook onion and garlic in dressing until tender.
Add cauliflower and water.
Cook over low heat (covered) for 10 minutes.
Add green pepper and cook until tender (5 minutes).
Stir in rest of ingredients and heat thoroughly before serving.
