I called this Cauliflower Italiano for years because it didn't have a name. But I have another called Cauliflower Italiano which is a totally different recipe with more ingredients. I changed that name to Italian Cauliflower and posted it in another post. This is more a technique, rather than a recipe and is my family's favorite way to eat cauliflower.
1 head cauliflower
1/2 to 1 stick of butter as needed
Progresso Italian breadcrumbs
Break up head of cauliflower into desired size flowerettes.
Steam until just crisp-tender, but not too soft.
Melt about 1/2 stick of butter+/- or margarine in wok or high sided large frying pan.
Over medium-high heat, gradually toss cauliflower while adding Progresso Italian bread crumbs until coated.
