4 ounces uncooked spaghetti
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup 0r cream of chicken
1 cup grated zucchini
1 soupcan milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cooked chicken breast, cut in cubes
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
In a medium saucepan, cook bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp.
Blend in soup.
Add zucchini and milk.
Cook until tender.
Stir in mozzarella and cooked spaghetti and chicken.
Pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with parmesan and bake covered at 350° F for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes..
